JOURNEY TEAM QUESTIONS

Uncommon Sense Part 5

1. What is one thing you've done that people would give you credit for your wisdom?  What is something you've done that revealed to people that you acted with wisdumb?

2. Wisdom and teachability go hand in hand. Wisdumb and arrogance go hand in hand. Share examples of how you've seen these to be true.

3. What experience do you have with reading the book of Proverbs? What is another book you've read outside of the Bible that you would recommend as a wise book to read? Why?

4. What is a Proverb or a different wise statement that has had an impact on the way you behave? How has it made a difference?

5. Our talk and our walk reveal what we are really like. What is something you would like to change about your talk and walk? What is something about your talk and walk that you hope never changes?

6. Read Proverbs 18:12. Honor gets the recognition, but humility does all the work. Why do you think humility precedes honor? How do you think humility and honor could transform our world if they became everyone's priority?

7. What could you be doing to increase your chances of choosing wisdom over wisdumb?
